Sumarsih berdiri dengan kaki telanjang saat ia bersama Jaringan Solidaritas Korban untuk Keadilan (JSKK) lainnya hendak menemui Menteri Koordinator bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan Djoko Suyanto di Jakarta, Kamis 7 Maret 2013.
