The team from Teuku Umar Vocational School in Semarang made a culinary business innovation utilizing durian seeds which are often thrown away. They make durian seeds into chocolate contents so they are called Cokiren - Chocolate Contents of Durian. Sevtyana Putri (left) and Della Anggi are displaying their work at the Anak Bangsa Ready to Work Program in the Ready to Business exhibition in collaboration with HSBC and the Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation which was held in Semarang, Wednesday (October 16, 2019). Durian seeds are useful for overcoming digestive problems and strengthening bones and teeth. Tim dari SMK Teuku Umar Semarang membuat inovasi usaha kuliner memanfaatkan biji durian yang sering dibuang begitu saja. Mereka membuat biji durian menjadi isi coklat sehingga disebut Cokiren -- Coklat Isi Durian. Sevtyana Putri (kiri) dan Della Anggi sedang memajang karya mereka pada Program Anak Bangsa Siap Berkarya dalam ajang pameran Ready to Business hasil kolaborasi HSBC dan Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa yang digelar di Semarang, Rabu (16 Oktober 2019). Biji durian bermanfaat untuk mengatas masalah pencernaan dan memperkuat tulang dan gigi.
