Bank Mandiri President Director Royke Tumilaar (right) along with Bank Mandiri Deputy Director General Hery Gunardi (left) tested customer service after the inauguration of the digital-scaled branch office which was just introduced at the Senayan City Mall, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/3/2020). Bank Mandiri has redesigned the branch office in the shopping center area with the current concept and is oriented towards digital education to anticipate the widespread use of digital transactions by customers. Bank Mandiri mendesain ulang kantor cabang di kawasan pusat belanja tersebut dengan konsep kekinian dan berorientasi pada edukasi digital untuk mengantisipasi maraknya penggunaan transaksi digital oleh nasabah.
