Chairman of the Center for Study and Study of Migration - Migrant CARE Anis Hidayah (right) submits an application as a counter party related to the applicant namely the Association of Indonesian Private Labor Service Companies (ASPATAKI) at the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, on Tuesday February 18, 2020. Migrant CARE with the Indonesian Migrant Workers Union (SBMI) hope that the Constitutional Court will function as the guardian of the constitution and protect the constitutional rights of citizens in guaranteeing the constitutional rights of Indonesian migrant workers. Ketua Pusat Studi dan Kajian Migrasi - Migrant CARE Anis Hidayah (kanan) mengajukan permohonan sebagai pihak terkait kontra pemohon yakni Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta (ASPATAKI) di Mahkamah Konstitusi, Jakarta, Selasa (18/2/2020). Migrant CARE bersama Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia (SBMI) berharap Mahkamah Konstitusi menjalankan fungsi sebagai pengawal konstitusi dan pelindung hak konstitutional warga negara dalam menjamin hak konstitusional pekerja migran Indonesia.
